An Intersection of Water & Art
Established in 2014, Breckenridge Creative Arts was developed by the Town of Breckenridge to support and promote arts, culture and creative experiences throughout Breckenridge. This multidisciplinary nonprofit organization is responsible for the successful management of a series of programs, properties and partnerships that collectively animate and populate a cultural corridor in the heart of downtown Breckenridge.
West Michigan Environmental Action Council has been West Michigan’s preeminent resource for environmental education and advocacy since 1968. Founded by a diverse group of concerned citizens and organizational stakeholders, WMEAC is a non-profit, organization uniquely positioned to respond to emerging issues and new threats to West Michigan’s natural and human ecologies, strategically focused on building sustainable communities and protecting water resources.
Live the art. Love the place. The mission of Scottsdale Public Art is to serve as a leader in defining art in the public realm through creative place-making, signature cultural events, exhibitions, and installations - contributing to the community's creative, cultural, and economic vitality.
SRP has been delivering and developing the Valley's water supply for over 100 years. Rain and snow falls on the watershed, then water flows down creeks and rivers to collect in the lakes and reservoirs behind our dams. It then moves through our canal system and is delivered to farmers, homeowners and partnering municipal water treatment plants.
The desert is my home. It shapes the landscape of my memory. 541 shades of brown bathed in dry heat, honest plants with strong spines, endless horizon, daily games of shade hopscotch, bald blue skies and the shear joy of an unexpected rainfall.
